Very very helpful people working here. Recently renovated place. Amazingly comfortable studio suite with the bedroom upstairs. Excellent lovely location, very close to the Fort of Socoa. Based really close to a local beach which was fantastic. Really useful base for holiday.

The room we had included a microwave, a sofa bed, and central heating. The location was magnificent and unbeatable - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It was across the secure area...

There were bad beds.

Overall it is a newly remodelled hotel and we loved the stay, the location was absolutely perfect pleasant to walk along the river. The staff are very helpful and affable and deserve a 4-star rating. Totally recommended for holiday.

Great spot near Fort of Socoa and only a stone's throw away from both St, Jean, de, Luz and Saint, Jean. 🌊 Plus, being by the tidal river with a nice pathway alongside made it even more charming and convenient for a stroll.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a patisserie, ensuring fresh pastries. the staff were friendly and great from start to finish. the lovely position of the hotel in the suburb of St, Jean, de, Luz is a fantastic bonus.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and greeted us warmly, the location is lovely, quite close to St Paul's Church, and there's a bus stop just 300 metres away.

The rooms were comfortable, and we had a balcony, including a great bedroom, and the staff was fantastic; the location on a tidal river with a walkway nearby was magnificent.

This well, equipped self, catering unit had a lovely location, overlooking a tidal river with a walkway and close to a wonderful local beach. the apartments offer fully, equipped kitchens, comfortable living spaces, and peaceful morning views. the hotel’s outdoor pool was perfect for swimming and sunbathing.

One of the downsides of the hotel was the absence of chairs around the pool, making it difficult for some guests to find a comfortable place to sit.

The location of this hotel was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. the view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the river and the sea. the staff were also very helpful and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about the pool, it was huge and provided us a great place to relax in the sunshine.

Although the room was cozy, the bed was a bit small for our liking and not very comfortable. there were a lot of families with children around, which made the pool area quite noisy during the day.

Great location! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful views of the sea and surroundings. The swimming pool was large and clean, perfect for cooling off after a day out.

Beds were uncomfortable and there were no extra pillows or blankets. The bathroom was small and lacked basic toiletries.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Parking was available just outside the hotel in a quiet area. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach, supermarkets, and a patisserie. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the tidal river from our room in the morning. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent and well-maintained.

Great location, close to town and beach. Well-equipped and spacious flat. Quiet area with easy parking. Lovely touch with complimentary kitchen supplies.
